Dear Graduating Seniors, Parents & Guardians,
This email is a friendly reminder about your upcoming Chromebook return and any potential charges associated with it.
📅 Return Deadline
All Chromebooks must be returned to the Technology Office
no later than Friday, May 22nd.
🔍 Damage Assessments
Devices will be assessed for any damage beyond normal wear and tear (which includes minor, everyday scratches or scuffs).Damage considered
beyond normal wear and tear includes:
- Cracked screens
- Liquid damage
- Missing or broken keys
- Broken hinges or missing hinge covers
- Damage to the casing, ports, or touchpad
- Extensive scratches or defacement

Note: There will be a
$20.00 fee charged for any missing or unreturned charger.
🎓 Financial Responsibility & Graduation
If any damage is found during the assessment, the repair or replacement cost will be your responsibility.
Please be aware that
you will not be able to receive your cap and gown for graduation if you have any outstanding tech charges. Accepted Payment Methods:

Inspect your device carefully: If you notice any damage, stop by the Technology Office (Room B101.3) before the turn-in deadline so we can discuss a plan to address it.

Replace lost chargers early: If your charger is lost, you have the option to purchase a compatible replacement online to hand in and avoid the $20 fee. Please ensure it matches your specific Chromebook model.
