Ordering Your Yearbook
The pre-oder period has ended. A limited number of books are available for $100.
Order your book online or bring payment and an order form to the library.
If you are not sure if you ordered your book, please email spartanyearbook@uxbridge.k12.ma.us or speak with Ms. Charpentier.
If books sell out, we will take a waitlist in case additional copies become available.
- Complete this order form and return it to Uxbridge High School with payment. We can accept either cash or a check payable to the Spartan Yearbook.
- Go to Walsworth yearbooks and select our school to purchase online with a credit card, a debit card, or PayPal. There is a service fee for online orders.
